Let’s work together in a way that meets your needs
-
I provide individual therapy to adults (18+ years) as an excellent option for folks looking to have a place to share openly, honestly, and confidentially to better understand what’s going on in their lives. I can be a supportive guide to help you identify challenges, build skills needed to address issues, and lead a healthier life.

Couples counseling is a valuable tool for both healthy couples looking to enhance their connection and those facing challenges. I help couples develop better listening skills, build understanding, and address underlying issues to create a more fulfilling relationship.
***Please note that couples therapy is only offered in person at the Thrive Together Office (4900 Travis St, Houston TX 77002)***

I believe in the power of community and connection. That's why I will occasionally offer group therapy, where you can learn from and support one another on your healing journey. Please be on the lookout for any upcoming groups I may be offering by visiting my social media pages.
My Approach
In my work, I utilize various therapy approaches to meet your specific needs. I commonly use different techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). We'll collaboratively determine which techniques best suit your situation and goals. These approaches support client in identifying negative thought patterns, acknowledging difficult emotions and finding solutions to building and living a full and meaningful life.
I am also trained to provide EMDR therapy, a powerful tool for addressing trauma. EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a type of therapy used to address trauma through bilateral stimulation, which can involve eye movements, tapping, or sounds. This stimulation is thought to help your brain reprocess the memory, reducing its emotional charge. It can be particularly helpful for people struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) but can also be used for other issues.
We'll collaboratively determine which approaches best suit your situation and goals.
